Appointment of Jon Thorn as Director of Dalbergia Project Services.

Successfully navigate the challenges of COVID-19 with minimal impact. A three-year plan is set for the growth of the project & cost management business to become a significant (25%) part of the business.
2021
Mark Munnelly appointed as second project & cost management Director and Leeds office opens.
2022
Achieve original £5m turnover goal.
2023
Dalbergia Project Services becomes 25% of the overall business by reaching its £1m turnover target.
2024
Bristol office opens, 1,000th project completed, and ISO 9001 certification achieved.
2025
A new management structure is established, with 5 board Directors and 3 Regional Directors, our 10th anniversary is celebrated and the Dalbergia brand is relaunched.
