What a fantastic week it’s been at UKREiiF in sunny Leeds! The Dalbergia Group team had a packed schedule, filled with engaging events, valuable connections, and exciting milestones.
The week began with a brilliant BBQ hosted by Cartwright Pickard, setting a positive tone for the days ahead. Tuesday featured a series of insightful events from Proximity, Atelier, and Place North, providing great opportunities to connect with peers across the industry.
A major highlight came on Wednesday with the launch of Spinners Yard, a high-quality 185-unit BTR scheme delivered by Rise Homes and Gresham House. We’re proud to have supported the project with Employers Agent and Cost Management services over the past four years, and it was fantastic to see this development brought to market.
Later that evening, we teamed up with Puma Property Finance to host an unforgettable networking event at Revolución de Cuba. With a buzzing atmosphere, a packed venue, and a great mix of industry professionals, it was a real privilege to bring people together for meaningful conversation and connection. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a successful evening!
To round off the week, some of the team took on the UKREiiF 2025 Sportif, tackling the challenging climbs of the Yorkshire countryside – a true test of endurance and team spirit!
It’s been a hectic but hugely rewarding few days. A big thank you to everyone who made it so special – old friends and new. We’re grateful for the continued support and the exciting partnerships ahead.
