Brandon Yard, Bristol

Brandon Yard is a thoughtfully designed residential development located on Bristol’s historic harbourside, opposite the SS Great Britain. The project transformed a derelict former gasworks into 58 contemporary homes, blending restored Victorian industrial buildings with striking new architecture. The scheme preserves key heritage features like the Engine House chimney while introducing modern elements such as harbour-facing balconies and sustainable design features, creating a vibrant and sensitive regeneration of one of the city’s last waterfront sites.
