The wider scheme comprises four glazed towers ranging between 38 and 64 storeys, providing just over 1500 luxury apartments and exclusive penthouses, some featuring private winter gardens. The scheme will incorporate high end residents’ facilities including 25m swimming pool, indoor tennis court, 1,900 sq.ft. gymnasium, Leisure Suite, dedicated resident’s lounges and relaxation areas. Dalbergia were appointed as Fund Monitors on Phase 1 of the scheme that included:

• The development of the basement (including significant earthworks)
• Foundation structure to the entire site (to ground floor level)
• The construction of Tower D (350 units)
• The partial construction of Tower A
